You with your cliques.Anyway, my real topic, everyone that is in highschool, or has ever been in highschool, knows about them...cliques.
Oh yes, the popular girls, guys, jocks, potheads, you name it...Each with its own requirement to achieve a spot in the "ranks". Now, with my group of friends, we accepted everyone, any shape, color, religion(or lack thereof), anything. So I thought, cool, I know people who judge you for you, not your background. This, is on some level true, but I'm slowly realizing, that these people I know and love, though they accept you on the surface, as soon as you make any slip at all, you're out. It has happened to two of my good friends, they are now out of the group, for good. I still talk to these two people, but its getting me pushed out of the group aswell. So, i suppose in my effort to avoid getting caught in a vicious clique, I found myself in the most elitist of all. hell, even popular kids forgive eachother (even if they bitch behind eachother's backs). So, in the end, I suppose I'm leaving my group, and floating, because if you can't accept me for my mistakes, you aren't worth my time. Especially if I never considered them mistakes in the first place.
